LAYOUTTRUCK Founder and President, Paul Anderson, has been involved in the pavement marking industry for three decades. His experiences in California during the 1980's and 1990's period of extreme highway construction growth allowed him to work with many industry professionals on the cutting edge of material application technology. He helped layout technology move through dune buggy's to truck mount systems. Six years of living in New York State provided an opportunity to bring the 'West Coast' sytle of pavement marking layout to the East Coast.

European travel afforded opportunities for research and potential sign removal...but how do you explain that sign at customs?
|
If you're a pavement marking industry veteran, you have trouble going anywhere without having an opinion of the quality of the traffic striping. During this trip in Italy, we came through a freshly paved two-lane road that had not yet been striped. Heck, even I knew what the sign meant!!! (Must have been fun during darkness, though....) The contractor could have really used a LAYOUT TRUCK!!

These Two Canine endorse LAYOUTTRUCK !! These Australian Shepherd's have used their instinctive smarts laying out traffic striping, and as shown here, assisting with epoxy truck operation!

These Aussies are the perfect employee's. They show up for work, never complain (unless it's 'break' time) and they pick up new tasks quickly. While we were outside in the Nevada heat, loading the truck, Ezra (left), chewed through the headset wiring. Zincks (right) didn't make an effort to stop her while enjoying the air-conditioned cab! Good dogs!!
